We will be in Kruger in 2 weeks so we thought that I should be ready for when we go!
As my mom mentioned in 'The Boma' we had two first sightings - one of the two sightings we had already seen in Kruger before but it is still a lucky thing to see! The seconds was a first for us.

We saw plenty Eland and it was the first thing we saw although they were always too far away for a decent pic.
We also saw quite a few rhino - although they just don't look the same without their horn! I suppose better without their horn than nothing at all!
Shortly after, I spotted a Jackal although my lens was not strong enough to pick it up because he was quite far away.
We stopped at the Otter Brug and the Yellow - billed Ducks, Eqyptian Geese and the 'Unknown Bird'
kept us entertained!

This is also where we saw one of the firsts - the first that we had already seen in Kruger before. (When you read that over it sounds quite dodgy!
)Yip, you guessed it - we saw two Cape - clawless Otters at the Otter Brug! Sadly we weren't able to get a pic because we saw them as we drove off and by the time our cameras were ready, they were gone - but still two Otters!
