Last year, Wildies posted as many photographs of Rhinoceros as we could find on our computers onto a fabulous thread here.
This year, it is proposed that we commemorate this day with an artistic flair to highlight some of the talent we have here on Africa Wild:
Africa Wild's Artistic World Rhino Day
Or AW's AW Rhino Day for short.
To participate, all you need to do is post something artistic that you have produced. These can be in many forms or media, providing it is of your own creation.
We are looking for:
Sketches.
Paintings.
Arty photos (manipulated images please, not standard colour or black & white conversions).
Posters.
Slogans.
Poetry.
Songs.
Short Stories.
Cartoons.
Photo Collages.
Scrapbook pages.
Needlework.
Embroidery.
Knitting.
Or any other form of art/craft work not mentioned above.
We would especially like to see some of our younger members joining in and sharing their creative talent here.
As this special day falls during school holidays in SA, anyone who will be away (in a park hopefully) or unable to post can PM their artwork to either Toko or myself and we will post them on the day for you.
Please do not post any artwork prior to AW's AW Rhino Day.
