You must find one which has not dark eyes
Yellow = African goshawk, but you don't find that one in KTP. Red eye = Gabar Goshawk.

Another one...Could this possibly be a Southern banded snake-eagle? It does not look like a juv. hawk of any kind to me

The juv. dark chanting goshawk was my first thought, but it is usually striped all over the front, but you are probably right, mine was just wishful thinking
