A month ago I went on a solo trip to Pretoriuskop as I had a meeting nearby the next day!

So just in and out, but very pleasant. $\O$

Straight off on the S3 from Numbi gate...I must say I am now a regional regular there around that camp!

Plenty clouds! $O/\$

And my favourite, Mestel Dam...a hive of activity as always...

(The rains had begun just the day before and the veld was still dry and open, make no mistake!

)

This is a "hot spot" of mine at the S7 junction...one can see some water on the rock.

The impala were heavily pregnant and a bit late with their birthing, but that seems to be the new normal?

And on Shabeni hill a whole herd of buffalo on top, for some reason...
