The protests are supposedly because of the fact that they haven’t had water for 5 days. We don’t have water on the south coast for at least 2 or 3 days in total a month due to lack of infrastructure maintenance and this has gone on for more than 3 years, so maybe we should try this.
Imfolozi/Hluhluwe and the St Lucia area all rely heavily on tourism and these types of protests destroy that industry, the same industry that keeps the area alive and people employed, so………..the protests will eventually cost jobs resulting in a further decline.
