This evening we were meeting Lis for dinner. We had arranged a meeting spot and it was great to see her again! We found a nice little restaurant to eat at and sat outside in a small piazza.

She very kindly gave the Brat a Swiss Army knife with "The Brat" printed on it! Here's a selfie with the Brat.

After dinner we walked Lis back to her hotel and arranged for her to come to dinner at our apartment the following night. I was worried about all the stairs she had to climb to get to our apartment, and went to meet her halfway where she was taking a rest on a bench.

For dinner we had some cold meats and cheeses, and then a Melanzane Parmigiana (brinjals with tomato, parmesan and basil).
