That's how Toko did most of the Bird Book so I'm just carrying on.

Dindingwe, I think that the AW Bird Book is limited to birds from Southern Africa. A pity because it is such a pretty bird

Checked! It is in the index, so is very welcome in the Bird Book. It will be the first Tropic bird
