We made tea in the pots...that's what there was! 0:

Anyway, back to Afsaal...a wonkey tusk on the ellie mommy...

I was busy pondering things already...after a month with me assuming it would only be Joe and his daughter at the camp, and me having said we would bring food for all for the night, he had casually remarked that morning that they were a party of 6! :O^

But we would make a plan, he said, not concerned. I operate differently, with organisation being paramount. And space for a nice kuier etc. O/

A new Dimwit has emerged...

A bit south of Afsaal...lactating! And a hyena cub drinking too! O\/

And another ellie...good light! This was very relaxing for us two teachers, after a long term! :-0

A teacher's back seat... :O^

On to Renosterpan, a favourite haunt!

A bit dry, the pan... O-/

These impala were barking at something down at the back...

Always very exciting, guessing what it may be! And they followed it, as is their wont! ^Q^

Image

But whatever it was, moved off out of sight... 0*\

A huge horn on this cow!

RP: "We are a bit late!"

JK: "No worries, we are on a drive, there will be no delays!"

Ghastly lie, it turned out to be... :O^

Anyway, we saw a lion's tummy on the way in to camp, so a nice afternoon for us! Very much dry now, though...
