Jeez! Slow down!?
Ok..I guess it is live!
Redwoods!? Never heard of that...so they have been growing here for many years!
One day! One day! I'll visit these spots!
And Baines' works will still be there!

So pleased you are enjoying this T.T. with us. Thought you might like the historical information.

I like the beach scenery with the rocks, and not crowded at all
Lovely photo of a tourist on the bench
Well done on the Sombre Greenbul and the Oystercatcher

Hmmz, I think I strolled too far off at Lake Clarens and got left behind there.
But I'm glad I caught up with you again at the seaside. Love the beach, the water, the birds and the views.
That B&B you found yourself at Kenton on Sea is a real gem with such a view!

God put me on earth to accomplish a certain amount of things. Right now I'm so far behind that I'll never die.

25 APRIL 2015 - DAY 10 - KENTON ON SEA - PART 1/2
An absolute cracker of a day - nice and warm and no wind. Spent from 10:00 until 14:00 on the beach. At 16:30 went for a three hour evening boat cruise and dinner up the Kariega River.
Early morning fishermen.

We found a lovely spot with both sun and shade. There was no shade on the beach and me and my sensitive skin cannot handle that.

The view from our beach spot. What an amazing place to spend four hours - almost as good as Lake Panic.

View of Middle Beach.

Blue Pool.

25 APRIL 2015 - DAY 10 - KENTON ON SEA - PART 2/2
Start of the evening cruise.

Some of the wildlife seen on the trip.

Dinner whilst anchored in the middle of the river before the return trip in the dark.

On the trip they used spotlights for looking on the river banks, rather like a night game drive, but on water.
Unfortunately we did not see much.
END OF DAY 10.
Tomorrow we move on to Addo for three nights so make sure you stay on board.
