Better sooner than later, off-road trailers are not cheap and the prices are going up rapidly. Brand new top end models go for R200,000 plus and even a basic setup will cost over R50,000. A few years ago I could have got the same setup for 60% of the price.

Yes, I nearly garotted myself on them before I added the adornments. I've since found some nifty stuff called Glowworm. It wraps around the guy rope in a spiral and is luminous. Hopefully a less noisy alternative.

Yes, but you can only see it when it's dark.

In KNP it costs around R400 per night extra to have a hut with a toilet. I'll keep the R400 and walk 50m to the bog thanks.
