Thanks for all the replies guys!
So let me continue with the afternoon...
We arrived at our hut, which we were pleasantly surprised by. It was quite big, it had a big veranda and a basin inside for quick washing up if we didn't feel like walking to the ablutions.

We had booked this same accommodation last year, but in Pretoruiskop, and it was nothing compared to this. We had no veranda and no light outside either. So we were stuck eating inside, instead of under the starry African sky.
So, we freshened up, planned our route for the afternoon, and were back in the car.
We got onto the H1-6 and saw lots of game in the riverbed. I also snapped this scenic shot.
We then got onto the Red Rocks loop, where the game was a bit scarce. And this did take its toll on me. I slowly began to drift off. I was dreaming of seeing a leopard right next to the road, staring at me...wait this is isn't a dream!!!

I shout stop and we reverse to see if he still there. Gone. I could hear in my mom's tone of voice that she didn't believe I had seen a leopard. And I was beginning to doubt myself too, but then we saw him! He was standing right next to the road, and began to walk towards our car. He then flopped down right next to us for a whole 15 minutes!

(Sorry if I post too many pics...but I do have about 100!)
After about 10 minutes of having him all to ourselves, a Jeep Jockey arrived!

We thought that he was going to come in and ruin the sighting for us, but instead he stopped quietly and watched him just like we did. But soon after his arrival, he got up, gave me one last goodbye look, and walked off!

After he had disappeared into the bush, the Jeep Jockey drove up to our car and said to Mommo, "You three have free accommodation until 2018!"
What a sighting, and thank goodness it wasn't a dream!
