Carrying on towards Mpondo Dam we found a Zebra on his way somewhere important :

A Kudu was grabbing some muddy water :

Zebras always look in good condition. Even in winter O**

Yes heard interesting stat on Zeebras apparently they the most worm infested animal in the wild .Might be the reason they appear in good condition.

Yes was quite strange as they always look so reagal then to see it with dirty feet looked funny

Carrying on around to Mpondo Dam we found a water buck in the dry :

And in the Dam itself a herd of ellies was cooling off from the heat :

Most off them moved off leaving two still bathing

Lovely Mpondo dam sequence, Roger,

we did not make it this year to this dam so at least via your shots I could enjoy it - Great ellie shots btw \O
