Tsessebe

This antelope has a bit of a tough history in SA, but seems to be doing well again!
It is at the Southern end of its range here, but very common further North!
A good indicator species, and rumoured to be the fastest antelope in Africa!

We have seen plenty of them around mopani the last few years

One of the best places to found Tsessebe in South Africa is Mokala National Park
As per animal count 2012, there are 227 Tsessebe antelope in the Mokala National Park.

I have Tsessebe seen in more than one reserve in SA
