But not if you come from USa , Spain , France , UK ..they are all going BACK into Lockdown

There are strong rumours.

Order of priority
Health workers, vulnerable, key workers and then the general population
The SO is a key worker. Hopefully the whole family will be eligible.

There are good reports re the Oxford / Astra vaccine.
It may not give life time immunity. But in testing it has shown that it gives a strong immune response.
If one needs a top-up every year or two, similar to flu vaccine, then that's better than nothing.

So far seems ok?
No serious problems have come to light?

I do think they need to "challenge test".
But there seems to be a reluctance to do so.
On the "moral grounds" that if someone becomes very sick there isn't a fool proof cure. The counter is that if this type of testing shows the vaccine can be used immediately, so many more lives will be saved.
