Tks!

We arrived at camp, and, for a last-minute reservation, got a lovely spot, No 30!

RP: "Triing triing..."

JK: "Hellooooo!"

RP: "Ok, check you soon, No. 30! We are sorted with enough space for all 12 of you assuming you have added to your party... :O^ "

JK: "Sharp! Will be there now!"

RP: "Excellent!"

An hour later, nobody, and the tit wasn't answering his phone... 0*\

Fire was going on, poor Borderline had to make fire 3 times that night. 0-

RP: "TRIIING!"

JK: "Helloooo!"

RP: " @#$ (0!) :X: 0= 0- "

JK: "Oh, ja...some are watching movies, and some are fighting...wait, I'll be there now!"

RP: "Ok...bring ice..."

Honorary Dimwit, as I said... 0*\

He stumbled in with 5kg of ice, which seems to be the thing now in B&D!

BL was starting to make all the food we had, in desperation...chicken galore, with more to come! ;-)

Little Tiana came with her Dad, she was the sharpest and most restful of the bunch, and seemed used to the chaos, after a week in the Park! =O:

Ja, Puffie! lol

Anyway they eventually arrived, after dropping in, going to fetch stuff, forgetting food, bringing charcoal etc.... 0:

So we could start with the joke:

An Indian, a Coloured, an Afrikaner, a Chinese and two Dutchmen walk into a bar! =O: =O: =O:

Image

Joe, Mark, BL, Kelly and Rex!

Nash, Joe's ex, was busy sorting Tiana for bed... :O^

Rex is a class 1 house chef or something, in Holland, which impressed Borderline no end (BL is half Dutch himself), so he pulled out all the stops to make great food under this supervision!

Here is Rex bragging about something size-related?... :O^

Image

Joe has this disconcerting habit of staring at your chest when talking to you...which may be why he has woman problems? =O: But as the night goes on he looks higher and higher! \O  The conversation was top-notch, I must say, and such a relief to be able to talk normally and get away from the racial obsession that plagues the country... ^Q^

Mark is the most level-headed adult, and we got on very well indeed! A bit of a potty-mouth, but what can one do? -O- Unfortunately he had a bit of an oopsie later that night in the campsite, but he went down fighting! ;-)

Nash returned with Tiana, in her Jammies, and she was put out of harm's way! :-0

Image

And we ate delicious chicken, garlic bread, and some of Nash's hot stuff! And we talked, and we had more tea! You know those gatherings when you look at your watch and it's suddenly 3 hours later?

I tried to make them quiet, honest I did! That is the nice thing about B&D....the units are large and face away from each other, and we were quite a bit away from others at the river! 0: This would not have worked in another camp at a bungalow...

Nash disappeared and also put on her Jammies! 0- She is a really cool girl, I must say, and feisty! --00--

Image

Things were degenerating, unusually for a trip I go on... -O- I was getting a budgie tongue, a brief tongue spasm, and tried to warn BL to tell the others, but he was too engrossed in sucking up to Rex. So I went and hid in the shower for it to pass! ..0.. (It is a disabled unit this, ironically!...)

Image

Who should burst in but Joe...and he spotted me. 0*\

JK: "What's wrong? "

RP: "Mbmmlmblmmble..."

This is normally a mess, as newbies panic when they see the condition, so I had to forcibly restrain him before he could raise the alarm! No easy task, and he got the fright of his life! =O:

But all was sorted in the end, phew!

And more tea and food and conversation, and then I chased them all away, and peace descended! ^Q^
