Happy that you share my enthusiasm, Lis! 0/0 After missing out on the small sunbird, I had to sit and wait this one out. :-) And that was right before the "all look alike mongoose" lol

nan, I'm very proud of that coucal shot. Not only because it is a lifer for me, but also because it was glum and rather dark and my "proof shot" turned out to be quite alright. O/\

Great selection of birds Mel - love the greater double collared sunbird. I've never managed to photograph one in the park 0:

They're often out and about on damp and overcast days - hence known as the rainbird O:V
