So after refreshing ourselves at Lower Sabie we left to take a drive to Mlondozi via our favorite route on the S128
On the bridge we watched some little hippos.
The river was very low and they were out grazing on the sand bar.
This croc was also getting back into the river .
Even the crocs were clearly visible due to the very shallow water
They could not find enough dirty water and were battling to hide from each other ..
We carried on and drove just about the entire S128 without seeing much as it was getting hot by now ...

So reaching the crossroads we turned and headed down the S29 towards the H10 and our ultimate destination the dam lookout.
About halfway along we found a Boon and a eagle sharing a tree .
Intrigued we slowed down to get a better view ...
The Boon was eating a small buck and the eagle was hoping for some lefovers .
It was an unusal sighting .We left after a while and arrived at the dam lookout . There was absolutely no water in the dam and the whole area was dry and barren.
