A thatched roof if not treated continuously burns very quickly

What a pity

Last night Joan and I decided to do a quick morning trip this morning.
A first for us - Cape Weaver.
Red Hartebeest.
Ummmmmmm?????????????
Squacco Heron - How he hopes to see anything in THAT water????????
Green-backed Heron.
Another Squacco Heron at Island View Hide.
Cape Wildebeest - much prettier than its ugly cousin in Kruger.
Found this moth in the toilets at Rietvlei Cofee Shop.
An inquisitive European Bee-eater.
Finally a B.S.K.
