Alongside the road still some larger puddles could be seen and in one a black stork was searching for something to eat
and finally we also could photograph a wattled starling as same are normally very fast and did not last long in a bush.
With a now nicely looking mud-caked car we finally stood again on the high water bridge across the Olifants and simply enjoyed the view
listened to the flowing river
and observed the resting yellow billed stork
and as we this year so far skipped the N’wamanzi view point we now stopped there as well and could discover an uncountable number of crocodiles down in the river. On our way back to camp we then also stopped for a group of zebras
before we started our private birdwatching on our verandah again now with an ice cream freshly bought from the shop. Today also the normally plentiful occurring red winged starlings at least in this camp were present as well
enjoying the fruits fresh from the tree as also the grey louries did.
Down in one and lekker!
