Dear Fred,

According to NEMA legislation, the Environmental Authorisation process is officially complete, and we have no further obligation in law to notify you or respond to your communication. We are a private company and will communicate with the public as and when we wish to. We will report to SANParks and DEA as and when required in respect of the concession development and operations, and in acting in accordance with the Environmental Management Programme, and will endeavour to maintain a good relationship with both parties.

We will continue to act in accordance with environmental best practice, and with responsible and sustainable tourism best practice going forward, and will honour all commitments made to both the community and SANParks. We also intend to form good relationships with other tourism establishments, operators, service providers and suppliers in the region, and with the SANParks Honourary Rangers, and we will engage with those parties when we are ready to do so.

You are entitled to try contact us, but we are not obliged to respond. Alternatively you can contact SANParks directly and they may assist you.

Kind regards,
