Back at Croc I found some interesting bugs.

A particularly ugly fly.


A Robber Fly.


Some Bees.



Different Damselflies.



Common Dotted Border Butterflies.



An interesting Moth.


And some wasps.

The kitchen had different visitors this evening, headed up by this Yellow Creeping Scorpion which came wandering in without a care in the world.



I tried to persuade it to go elsewhere (so that some idiot didn't step on it - accidentally or on purpose) with a broom handle but it took exception to that and started to sting it.





There were also Some Mantids.

I also found these around the camp.

A Grasshopper.


An interesting Centipede.




And a Tree Creeping Scorpion.

Back at camp, more bugs.

An adult Antlion?

A beautiful wasp!


A Dragonfly (Red-veined Dropwing?).


Some Damselflies.



And one kind fellow pointed this out to me; a European Nightjar!

Next to the camp is a weir in the Croc river, more for guaging its water level. In the back is an ellie next to the bridge.
