:) maybe flies attracted to invisible dung. I suspect the flies were attracted to that sticky substance that holds the ball together....:) I wish I knew...:)

Do they normally bury heir dung ball and when do they lay the eggs inside :-?

it seems yes, dung is a good warmer :-?
in the hot sand of the kgalagadi but during the night
