never did a trail in Kruger, must be fine... but with maybe a little bit of vegetation ;-)

Digged a bit in my old pictures and found some where we did the Mananga trail in 2012 after "normal summer rains"

The trail is for sure nicer when same is green - Look at my last post X#X

The game that we found in that dry area was incredibly lot as well as the birdies were plentiful ^Q^
