I think more like juvenile , maybe not quite adult .
I found some feathers from a dove inside the enclosure , so it had obviously caught one , and from this close-up , one can still see some bits of meat clinging on its bill .
I dared not propose a roufous-chested as it is not a common raptor, so it is even better Nice close up
