@Richprins - Pulled Chicken cooked in Slowpot in CT before trip - frozen in little baggies as my backstop when Nan and Doug get stuck into Steak. But I always over cater ...but eating like we did was way better than going off to a restaurant...:)

I read through the instalments and marvelled at the many birds that you saw somewhen during the afternoon.
Lovely accommodation they got on offer, I must say! And it's great to be out with a person who shares your
love and patience for the birds. The SO sometimes lacks a bit of the latter when I make him drive backwards
and forwards... at least for the small one
The wild horse sighting is something really special. Saw a documentary on TV about them quite some time
ago and it also stated that one would be lucky to get to see them. Well done to the two of you
