Ja! It is often assumed giraffe babies suffer when falling up to 2 metres, but if that were the case, the species would not survive!
As Lis says, the problem is getting up and avoiding predators, same as any other herbivore!

The weather was getting cold and crappy indeed!
Still dry at the Ngwenyeni lookout.

And then, quite close to the end of the road, one of the best sightings of our lives!




Have been waiting a long time to post this!
And we ended off at Masorini...

And left to overnight at Phala! (Saw Scipio too!)

Will return with a Dimwit trip shortly!
