I threw this argument to their faces, but yah Sanparks were
not pressent, deaf earsfor as far as the EIP was concerned,
not applicable to his/her endeavor !!!!, somehow still can be
understood!!!

are intact, yet the water resource for destitute animals must never
be denied them,...first and foremost and secondly too those that
contributed so dearly at the time!!!

Be this the case and bureaucracy then Sanparks have certain obligation
and explanation too their "Honorary Rangers" so to speak, for all their
