It is a Chlaenius sp.
This is a large genus and there are several species with yellow spots.
Like all ground beetles, it is a predator and may have defensive secretions.

Moths can still fly with one third of the wings missing!
The larvae of the majority of African Chiasmia species seem to feed on "Acacia".
