Ok, we are sticking with Bushveld Bead-Bean Maerua angolensis for the time being, best guess of Dr Joubert and Dr Zambatis for the moment... O-/

Very good match, I think!

Smooth grey bark, leave shape is very variable, but they are dark, the shape of the crown is rounded and a bit untidy and it can grow tall in moist conditions.

And it's a species that occurs in ecozone K
