H.e - I haven't worked out the costs yet. The entry fee for one person and a vehicle is about R6000.00. Then you need to factor in petrol, accommodation and food/drinks so 25K might be a realistic number.

Why should you pay? What is included? You should be paid for doing that tour

Ok 'nessa,. sofar this puts us at,...
6000.00 + 9000 (this seems very high), + 6000.00 = 21000.00
excluding food and accoma,..I'm a lean macxhine so add another
3000.00 for food = 24000.00 and add 250.00 per night x 18 = 4500.00,....
= 28500.00,.....Mhhhnnn I reckon this can be whittled down,...
somewhat,.....
My opinion a trip worthy!!!!

Remember that the petrol expense would be shared between the car occupants.

Take a look at the link in the first post for all the details and costs.
Flutts, I will be retiring at the end of September this year and will be obliged to assist with projects on a part time basis for 12 months after I retire which will possibly be a maximum of two weeks a month so next July will unfortunately not be suitable for me next year.
Is this an annual event as 2018 looks like a better option for me?

Rob, at the moment it looks like we'll be using my Jeep.
I really only want two people in my car (maximum three) - there's going to be lots of luggage with camping gear, clothes and food and drink etc. But then we could travel in convoy with anyone else who's interested.
