Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini looks set to build his eighth palace in the eMakhosini Valley near Ulundi.

The Mercury also reported that the palace would be built in a heritage park

The plans emerged after a mandatory environmental impact assessment was done. The assessment said that the palace project would see the removal of about 20 hectares of indigenous bush in the area.
