Don't know if you posted the baggage plea on SPf?
Nelspruit lodge probably has many Kruger visitors daily too...should probably work out if they put up a flyer?
Enjoy!

Thanks RP only got your message now
Way too distracted to worry about the missus bag
Seriously Scipio, if you are coming into the park please let me know.
Thanks Trail

That's normal for Letaba, but just enjoy the small stuff and the scenery.

Hi all
Please forgive the lack of postings whilst away but a combination of technological issues, technophobia and just downright busyness kept me preoccupied for our entire trip
We have just landed back in Cape Town after the greatest two weeks of my life and that is no exaggeration, Kruger was truly amazing. My 50th flew by, as did the entire trip and leaving was very difficult. We spent the entire 1800KM drive home planning our next journey.
You will have to wait for my trip report for the details but let me say that I now fully appreciate why there is such a deep passion for Kruger and its preservation and I am now, more than ever, prepared to commit wherever and whenever I can in joining the largely unheard plea for a truly sustainable future of the park.
I visited and left with so many conflicting emotions but know that the overriding feeling of joy of just having the privilege of actually being in arguably one of the most beautiful places in the world, largely outweighed the negativity and feelings of sadness and at times frustration.
Again, I wish to thank all those who have made contributions to my personal plea on this thread for assistance started almost a month ago. Your advice and ongoing contributions certainly were invaluable in enriching our trip, without which we would have been largely in the dark. A very special thanks to Richprins and Frewells for sacrificing time on a Saturday afternoon to hookup and provide an even deeper insight into the forum.
Lastly as if to have come full circle in such a short space in time, I leave you with an image of a bushbuck saying goodbye at Letaba with me in my AW shirt given to me at the very beginning of my journey by Rich, just one of many amazing moments that we experienced.

That bushbuck was really into you, TR. Great photo!
Welcome back to the unattractive civilization. Can imagine how hard it was to leave paradise behind.
