Nice RP that Pan of Dwarfs looks like the pan on the S131 Gondwane loop .
Leopard is a good sighting no matter how far.
Polished brass is indeed rare work done ,only a few camps that still have permanent staff seem to do that ,the subcontracting cleaners dont seem to care for the little things .

Last August Dwarf,Mrs Dwarf and I returned to the Pan!
Crystal clean Croc River!
The gate is becoming more and more of a nightmare, by far the busiest in the Park!
But in we were! We took the back way round along the S28!
And not too far ahead was a roadblock...there are cheetah there somewhere...

As we arrived at the Pan an ellie was just leaving...
Ahhh, it was good to be back!

Spot the aminal!
An impala arrived, they are not so common there?
An emerald-spotted wood dove, not so easy to photograph!

The pan must look lovely in summer
Strange that there are no water birds. Those stones in the water look so inviting

Simply love that pan in summer, Richprins,
but great that there is still water in August

Ja, not many waterbirds...
It is so nice sitting there, with the dense bush around things appear suddenly!
A cracking of branches...
And there they come!
And waste no time:
