I saw something moving right beside our car. It was a tiny (bushveld?) lizard

close to Monro we saw two Verreaux’s eagle-owls in a tree
and when we moved a bit there was a third one too

shortly afterwards a car approached us and we were told about cheetahs close to the waterhole. When we thought that we had missed them already we saw some ears

It was time to leave the park now.

We inflated the tyres and went towards Upington. The next day we flew to Johannesburg and back home and have to wait until November now to return. This trip finished with some sightings at the airport in Upington
