Liz is struggling to get up this morning and it is only around 10h that she tells me that she will stay at the camp! I'm a little bit surprise and I'm leaving around 10h30.
I must go to refuel Twee Rivieren.... it's a bit late to leave
Meanwhile, I had time to photograph some beautiful birds, Chestnut-vented Tit-Babler, Bokmakierie who stole the biscuit

, don't let anything drag ....

Make a photo of the new balcony lamp that I do not find nice, the old was, kind of boat lantern, the new electric fridge and changes in the bathroom ... Four stripe Grasse Mouses play the pursuit race, a Black-chested Prinia and a Kalahari Scrub-Robin. Oryx arrive at the water

On the way, in the Auob River, there is a Gabar Goshawk, Ground Squirrel, Pygmy Falcons who are courting each other. At the Alouettes' platform, it's the name I've given, a bit before Houmoed, I find a Sabota Lark ?

I take Diesel, buy a piece of chocolate and go back through the Nossob River. Not much, a Steenbok and a Lanner Falcon. I go back by the road of the dunes, so beautiful in this sense, where we can admire the most beautiful dunes of the park

I arrive around 16h30.
Willem tells me that my friend was stuck in the bathroom. She was sick
No ! so I burst out laughing, not him. She locked herself up in the bathroom, the key stuck in the lock. He had to climb and enter through the window, in putting the ladder into the thick sand
There are only 4 cabins, everybody is on the road....
I go in and ask what happened. She's

.... I stop here the debate.
We prepare braai, I make a "special Michele" and I have photos to try to make diversion.

Oryx at the waterhole

lekker
We eat delicious chicken legs and I wait, alone the visitors the night. Tonight only a Steenbok makes an appearance.

At camp a kalahari Scrub-Robin is screaming to try to wake us up. He succeeds, at least for me
The landscape is beautiful with the rising sun, licked by these long shadows
Two Cape Sparrow, male and female are perched on the pole of the braai. A Kori Bustard arrives at the water point and an Ostrich. They cross each other. The ostrich drinks greedily and returns to the dunes.
