Meanwhile, Sprocky, J-Lee, Tshuks, and his assistant, Dingbat, had arrived at our unit that Saturday afternoon, after our nap!



Here's a suitable expression from leachy...they were being silly...

leachy had taken the loss of his fruit to the baboons very personally, so when some monkeys came around on a raid, we prepared a peri-peri surprise for them...


















The piece of sausage was a good diversion, as it stopped Tshuks and Dingbat from trying to cut my finger off!
Unfortunately the monkeys gave it one sniff and ignored!






Then along came an innocent bystander, "colateral damage" as it were, who didn't appear too concerned. Maybe that is why Hadedas scream in the mornings?















Anyway, the twits went to town regarding the remaining peri-peri powder.....and I can report not one item was touched by any primate thereafter!

RP did you dose everything with peri-peri sauce?
Clever but a lot of cleaning up to do at the end...

I see in Roberts that since the Wild Bumch were there the name of this bird has changed to : HOT-GEE-HOT.
