Will do some digging for more pics of the Root Maggot Fly, as well as info. on the green flies as to whether they were taken at the same time, or may be different. Meanwhile, Ill leave you with a little fly humor

Did you know...
TIME TRAVEL. Certain termite species can age in reverse if there is an imbalance in the number of workers and soldiers within the colony. They then return to an undifferentiated larval state before reforming as a new cast member.

Peaceful Giant Ground Beetle Tefflus meyerlei delagorguei
is called Oogpister in Afrikaans, as they squirt their vile secretions at disturbing animals/humans, presumably sometimes hitting the eyes!
