The accommodation looks stunning!

But as you say, the mission of getting into the park every morning is what puts us off.

Looks like a nice house
Did you have many birds around?
Thanks Lis... it was a very comfortable place to stay. There were quite a few birds around although we were out a lot of the daytime so I think if we had been around by the house we would have seen more

Yeah the braai area was very cool - the seating was somehow made out of concrete or something like that. Very cleverly put together
Thanks RP - I'll try add something to that thread in due course
The house worked out at about R1850 a night

Hey Roger! Yep we scored some very nice places in Marloth so it worked out well. We did do one trip in via Malelane but mostly used the Crocodile Bridge gate

Hey Flutts
Ja was a bit of a mission at times but after a couple of days we figured out a schedule that worked for us

The chilluns looked like they enjoyed!
Where did you find the sticks, Peej?
Pity about the water lettuce invader in the river!

A couple of big crocs

and also the buffalo
When we stayed at Marloth we had lots of birds, giraffes, zebras, bushbucks, warthogs of course and a few others. We stayed for a month so some days were spent at home
