I also had trouble getting the piece of plastic after renewing and as with Mel
tried to update my details to no avail. E-mailed and it was done for me but still
no wild card.
Eventually in desperation after nearly a year of waiting I made a complaint on the
Yellow forum under their Wild Card thread. The response was instant and within
a couple of weekends I had my card and have had no trouble since.
Maybe that is the answer - go public where everyone can ready it.
