dozo! SANParks has cautioned visitors against making representations or complaints through a third party. Roughly translated this means they got irritated and embarrassed by Africa Wild's success in organising a quick avenue for complaints to be handled at Kruger camps, and banned that process in a huff!
They are not particularly fond of AW, but ironically read most things here every day!
I would suggest emailing your suggestion to a few of the contacts I have, and reporting back!
