Sis, I think the main draw of KTP, for me, is its remoteness, relative lack of crowds, human noise, and intrusion, and absence of "technology". The ability to experience solitude and escape the hum-drum of "Life" in the Wilderness Camps, while surrounded by raw nature and Her authentic sounds or even quietude, are almost non-existent in our everyday lives. Of course Kruger has an abundance of species, which I also appreciate, but the maddening crowds have gotten to be a bit too much for me, old fart that I am.
