I was looking at the R6,MK4 or the 1DXmk11.On the R6 I was not sure of the focus and speed the lens will be like due to it been a EF lens, Also the amount of photo's you will end up taking and all the duplicates =O: =O: =O: .Ended up speaking to a few people and also doing comparisions, which ended up (to me) that if I went that way I would have had to have got ride of all my kit and started over with RF lenses. Also the 20 meg c-mos I did not like as I do a lot of cropping. The MK111 gives me between 26 and 34 meg at the moment and the file size of the R6 seams to stay around 20meg. A 5Dmk4 came my way at a good price with a low shutter count , so I ended up taking that, also you can bost it to over 60meg per shot , only draw back your frame rate drops to about 2.5 :-0

Thanks PRWIN. That's very helpful. My use (and skill =O: ) doesn't really justify my moving from a 7Dii but that sounds like a well reasoned option if ever I want to move to full frame. R series and new lenses is totally out of the question.

Looking forward to viewing more of your great shots.
