Re: Grietjie Private Reserve
Right, a few more pics. This one was of the moon rising yesterday evening with colourful clouds...
On my short drive this morning, I got this rumenating Kudu...
The bush is still very dry and not much for these guys to eat...
Lastly, a herd of Elephant in the distance...
Until next time, from the banks of the Olifants...

Re: Grietjie Private Reserve
Thanks again, everyone.
Yesterdays "sighting" was not at all pleasant. The joys of living in the bush.
I got home from work, only to find that my house, luckily only the kitchen and lounge area, had been raided by Baboons. They managed to force a door open. Total destruction and not one piece of any food stuff left. The smell was horrendous, a mixture of baboon feces and curry. (insert puking smiley)
I tried to clean the mess and figure out what I could still save and what had to be discarded. So, today I am at home and I have a maid here to help get the place livable again.
Here are a few cellphone pics of the devastation that Hurricane Chacma caused...
