Funny those yellow hairs on the behind of the ant
Great pics of the tiny flies
What a lovely dinner sighting Why do they always have to drink from the same spot I suppose that this was the new waterhole
Both lionesses were mothers? The lil'ones are just of the cutest age
Cheetah again

I think the ant tries to copy a wasp or bee?

Alf, RP - I don't know if the ant mimics wasps, etc., have not read that, but would be interested if you come across further info.; Flutts, Pumbaa, and Sis - this was the waterhole in front of the Units, not the one near the Hide/Camping; not sure if they were both moms, but both looked "fat", so maybe both were lactating.
Thank you for the comments.

A couple sightings on our way to TweeR
This PCG was so persistent in its pursuit of something in/under the bush. It kept running from one spot to another trying to flush it out, and eventually succeeded.
After our move to TweeR we took an afternoon drive up to Rooiputs and saw another "new" cheetah for the trip - Fancy.
Fancy was one of a 3 member coalition of males dubbed "The Top Cat Gang". They were first reported in 2013, at which time they were already adults. By 2018 he was the last remaining member, and sadly, Mel reported that he had been found dead on Nov. 27, 2018. RIP

The following are some pics from our 2015 encounter with them -

Our drive ended with a trio of dustbathing ostriches who appeared to be enjoying every minute of it.
Our last drive of the trip coming up next...
