A real happy-maker those two leopards!!! :-0

Hope they got up and posed a little for you and you'll show us the photos in your next episode. O/\

Cute squirrel O/\ O/\

Birds are lovely, but a leopard.....no two leopards is something much more exciting O\/ O\/ O\/
So right - The birds either could be found more plentiful in the shade of huge trees or at a waterhole O/\

The one of which we supposed was a female laid down in front of a bush and suddenly from behind the bush between a gap in same the other leopard popped out: “Honey, I’m here now!”

Image

We obviously found a honeymoon couple and that sighting was simply brilliant and the only noise was the click of the camera as we soon stood under the spell of the beautiful spots

Image

moreover as we had this sighting all to ourselves

Image

although they obviously noted that someone is watching them as they sometimes looked right into our camera.

Image

What a cute and beautiful couple they were.

Our day was already made as that is already a sighting we dreamt about, okay leopard cubs might be fantastic too but we were extreme satisfied with these two.

Image

Unfortunately they stood up after quite a while and we lost sight of them and could not find them anymore but another leopard sighting could again be ticked off and what a brilliant one on top.

Image

With an extreme wide grin on both our faces we carried on and came across a group of zebras

Image

and during another stop on the causeway leading to the S114 we spotted a motionless monitor in the high grass – and in fact once again the grass looked far higher as it was – at least there was still grass left.

Image

Along also came this rhino mom with her youngster

Image

who was in fact a bit bored whilst mom was feeding and wanted a bit action.

Image

to be continued......
