Adult feeding on unidentified passerine.

Identification hints:

1. Streaking on throat.

2. Yellow cere.

3. Yellow eye & eye ring.

4. White spots on upperparts.

5. Tail spots.

6. Thin legs.

7. Red on flanks.

Please can someone ID this little raptor for me.

The pics were taken at Croc Bridge.
I thought it might be a juv. lanner falcon, but lesser kestrel has also been suggested.

It was eating a bat.

I think it may be a Juvenile Jackal Buzzard but not sure

Here it was sitting in the shade

Then it flew into a sunny spot

The eyes could just be mostly black because it was in dense shade?
