Why do we not receive e-mail notifications anymore? Not even one this morning

I think there are several issues w/ the website. I tried to post last night but got this message:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/posting.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I told Toko I suspected it was because I posted one too many misidentified birds, and was put on a Time Out.
Let's see if this goes through.

Oops, I spoke too soon. I tried to post the bird photo in the KTP challenge, and got the same message. I then took the photo out of the post and tried, but got the same message. Maybe it's just that particular thread w/ a problem?

There have been several "General Error" s lately. A few days ago it lasted for hours.
