This is why I need Graduated Neutral Density Filters to hold back the bright sky and get a decent exposure in the foreground = a Balanced exposure . There is NOTHING like a Karoo sunset ..Taken from the hide in the camping camp at Camdeboo looking across to the Camdeboo mountains in the direction Murraysburg to the right and Aberdeen to the left ..My DNA is there

We had an early evening Thunderstorm so we braaied later that night but after it was over and the black clouds started to move away and allowed the Karoo full moon to peep through ..Never seen the moon with such amazing colours

The Highlight of Camdeboo National Park is the Valley of Desolation ..My next visit we will plan to hike to the spot getting there in late afternoon to get the setting sun shine onto the cliffs ..The flat mid Morning light I have here was a struggle
