Joe's SA visit for his Princesses Birthday

Post by JoeKing »

Wow,

last time a PB trip report was done was november.............................

Guess i'll have to get cracking on mine tomorrow.

Well, i'm not great with TR's as i get bored of typing, but i'll try.

But was a great trip for me, since there was sun.

But had a few Pilanesberg first timers in my trip.

Luckily al on camera, although many shots arent the greatest(i was driving, and the self designated photographers(my daughter on the back seat and my friend in the passenger seat) were afraid to take some pics out of the window(in fear that his face might get eaten off lol )

Well so watch this spot.

Everything should be on photobucket by tomorrow(last pics took 10 hours to get onto dropbox)

hope you enjoy, and will try and be as unboring and picture driven as possible

OK.

Sorry got side tracked yesterday.

So lets start.

Being out of ZA since May last year there were a few things on my list of to do's that i wanted to complete.

1. See my daughter(my trip was arranged to coincide with her birthday)
2. Drink a blak label.
3. Drink a klippies and cola.
4. Get a tan.
5. Swim.
6. Of course, go to the bush.

Since my time was limited, 8 days to be exact, and my daughter wanted to go swimming for her birthday the obviou choice was to go to Pilanesberg for my bush craving and then pop into Sun City for Tiana's birthday.

Hey BC

Yeah we did end up at the vaal river for three nights.

The barbel were there, but they werent really biting, i hooked into one but it got snagged.

I did however teach my daughter to fish and she caught her first fish where she did everything except remove the hook.

So this wont be just a TR it will be more of a vacation report :-).
