Yes Mel it's as if the camp lost it's charm with no water in the river but still a place to go where one will get lots of peace and quiet. This is where i find myself again and let all the stress out.

Next trip to the bush??

Let me think......................

RP that river runs from a dam just outside Punda Maria gate, only if he overflows the river have water in. With the dam wall just after the camp it usually caught up some water during somer months when they have high rainfall. Like nan said during winter months the water gets less but there are still water there. My opinion it's the full river that usually attracted people to the camp.

Some people will still go there to relax and enjoy the quietness, but they won't be fully booked during peak periods. Not sure where the camp gets his water from but like Shingwedzi getting his water from the kanniedood dam SP have to repair the dam wall otherwise Shingwedzi won't have water during winter months
